GENERAL DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Communications & Product Manager to support Rose Church’s digital communications, social media presence, and merchandise operations. This role will collaborate closely with our Creative Manager and Communications Director to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and our Church Center app. Additionally, this position will oversee web updates, merchandise logistics, and Sunday merch operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our community. Content creation is not required; the role centers on administration, execution, and operational support.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in social media management is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with church communication strategies and retail fulfillment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency with web content management systems, social media scheduling tools, and app management platforms.
- Knowledge of email and SMS marketing tools.
- Effective time management and team leadership skills, especially for volunteer coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties may include but are not limited:
- Social Media Platform Management:
- Schedule and manage content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for both Rose Church and Rose Worship.
- Engage with the online community by monitoring comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Track social media analytics and maintain consistent posting schedules.
- Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with campaigns, events, and organizational priorities.
- Ensure all content is uploaded correctly, with proper captions, hashtags, tags, and formatting for each platform.
- Web Management & Updates:
- Regularly update the website with current events, announcements, and new content.
- Make timely changes for promotions, events, and launches.
- Church Center App Management:
- Oversee implementation of visual content updates in the Church Center app, aligning with branding, events, and announcements.
- Communication Coordination:
- Schedule and distribute text messages and emails in collaboration with the Creative Director.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across communication platforms and track engagement metrics.
- Merchandise and Product Administration & Shipping:
- Handle all Rose Merch and product administrative tasks, including inventory, tagging, restocking, and order preparation.
- Oversee merchandise and product shipping and fulfillment, ensuring accurate and timely customer service.
- Manage the online merch store, updating product listings and coordinating with customers via Shopify.
- Sunday Merch Operations:
- Lead and coordinate the merch team for Sunday drops, managing setup, sales, and inventory.
- Ensure the merch area is organized, well-stocked, and brand-aligned based on visual direction given.
