At Rose Church we believe that dedicating a baby or a child to the Lord is an act of obedience that Jesus welcomed and blessed (Mark 10:13). Offering a baby or child to the Lord is a public declaration by the parents and the church, with the purpose of raising their child to be a follower of Christ.
