Through an incredible act of generosity, Rose has been given a church building and property to steward for the future. Located off of 67th and Division, this beautiful church building located on 10 acres will continue driving the vision of Rose forward.
In April 2026, we took a step of faith and began pursuing the purchase of a new building for Rose. We believe it was time to make room for what God was doing in our church, so we stepped forward in faith, trusting Him with what came next.
A few months later, that door closed. But within hours, another one opened. In a turn of events we never could have planned, we were given a church building in Southeast Portland. What began as a step of faith has led to an opportunity greater than we could have imagined and a new home for Rose.

We’re currently in the design phase, thoughtfully planning how our new home can support the future vision of Rose. This season is about preparing for what’s ahead and making the most of the space we’ve been given as we continue to grow and make room for more people to encounter Jesus.

What began as a plan to purchase and transform a building has become something we never could have imagined. Our new home has been given to us, and because it’s already a functioning church, the resources we’ve raised can go directly toward preparing the space for our church and investing in its future.
This property gives us room to think beyond what we need today.
As we renovate and make it our own, we’re also laying the groundwork for what Rose can become in the years ahead, creating greater capacity to serve people, families, and the city of Portland for generations.
Our new home is located at 2700 SE 67th Ave. in Southeast Portland, just off SE Division Street. The existing church sits on nearly 10 acres of property, with 4.5 acres of developable land, giving us room to serve our church today and grow for the future.
Renovations are expected to take approximately 9–12 months. We’ll continue gathering at our current location throughout construction and will share a move-in date as the project progresses.
Our first phase will focus on preparing the existing building for Rose, including Kids + Youth spaces, the sanctuary and gathering areas, bathrooms, and other essential improvements. This phase also includes architectural and space planning, permitting, and construction plans.
At this time, we have no plans to sell our current building. We’ll continue to steward the space and use it for ministry as the needs of our church grow and evolve
We currently estimate $3.5–$5 million to complete the planned renovations, with the goal of completing the project debt-free. Beyond this initial phase, we have plans to continue developing our nearly 10-acre property as funds allow. You can be part of building what’s next through a one-time gift or ongoing generosity.
